We hosted a virtual roundtable discussion on the increase of identity fraud in the pandemic, the current state of processes to resolve cases of identity fraud, and what agencies can do to reduce identity fraud and more comprehensively support victims.

We partnered with the National League of Cities for a nationwide look at local governments’ use of community engagement strategies to understand their residents’ needs during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
